| Shooting stars...meteorites that burn up in the upper atmospheres, there's been a huge increase in them the last two months.Clear skies,no rain at night and I'm not seeing one or two sporadics over an hour, but small bundles of half a dozen,in burst several times an hour for the last few months.
There's alot of talk about 2012 and the ending of the Mayan Calender. Many theories have come by,ridiculous many of them, but the Earth and our Solar System passing through the Galactic Plane, the currents and gravity waves, sucking space debris to the galaxies super massive blackhole, seems applicable. That theory discusses the Earth being hit by asteroids as we pass through the galactic plane.I never forgot that theory, really hit home.Noticing the increase of shooting stars seem to re-inforce the validity of the theory.
Being a bit of a Nostradamus fan,he did mention an inter-stellar body called Fear, hitting the oceans, turning one thrid of the oceans blood red.
Funny enough, there's two moonlets that orbit Mars,Deimos and Phobos (Fear),with rather strange concentric orbits. They are mainly comprised of iron oxide, hence their red colouring.Mixing with the salt water oceans, they turn blood red.
Could passing through the galactic plane make this scenario a possibilty? Knocking the moonlets off from their orbits and at least one of the satellite bodies, colliding with Earths oceans...well,those at the impact site won't be around to debate, nor will the electrical system that runs the internet be around for discussion. It'll just be another angry God story talked around camp-fires at night, from the raggedy left-overs of human-kind that survived the cataclysm.

| Best streaker I seen last night. This small meteorite, flew horizontal with the atmoshere, for 3/4 of the sky and broke into four pieces, before disapating into smaller sparks, then burning out completely...amazing sight it was.
